I have little small bumps on my cheeks and forhead (they aren’t pimples). Exactly what are they? Exactly what triggers them? Exactly how can I eliminate them? Thanks.

I recommend a gentle exfoliation wash. I use Estee Lauder Idealist. It’s a little expensive, but it warms when you rub in circular motions, it’s gentle, and it has instant skin-renewing benefits of micro‑dermabrasion. It also has 30% glycolic acid peel, which is from a group of chemicals called fruit acids or alpha-hydroxy acids, which have shown to improve acne, dry skin, fine wrinkles, blotchy pigmentation and sun damage.
So it helps makes your skin clearer, and even reduces the size of your pores. Hope this helps. Good luck!
I recommend using magic soap
Many possible things it could be. Here are a few:
1. allergies
2. soap/face wash that you use could be irritating your face
3. allergic reaction to something you ate. Or you could’ve been stung/ bitten by something and it could be an allergic reaction to that.
Give it about 5-7 days and see how it is. If it doesn’t go away, starts to itch/hurt, or gets worse, I would contact your doctor. It is probably no big deal at all! Hope this helps!
i think they are called milia or milla. try an exfoliating face wash or scrub. they usually are a collection of dead skin cells that havent been properly washed away.
