I love this stuff, and whenever I run out and don’t have it, my acne comes back every time. This is great especially for hormonal acne in young adults.

I purchased this for my teenage son who suffers from moderate acne that’s limited to his face. It has been getting unsightly, and the topical use of a benzoyl peroxide cream was just drying out the skin without affecting the breakouts. We decided to combat the acne internally with this nutritional supplement. It took 10 days before we noticed any difference, but now a change is noticeable. The pimples are far fewer in number and size, and his forehead has cleared up by a significant amount. After two weeks, we’ve seen an improvement and will continue with Healthy Skin Formula to see if his acne clears up completely over time. One important thing to note: The bottle does say that because this supplement contains Vitamin A, it should not be taken with the prescription Accutane.

July 22, 2013 Update: After a full three months on this supplement, I decided to discontinue its use for my son. His acne would clear up some and then reappear again, depending upon outside factors; hormone and stress levels were certain contributors. Bottom line: This product is a good nutritional supplement but didn’t seem to make any real difference in treating my son’s teenage acne.

Did NOTHING to help improve anything related to skin. Wil not buy again or recommend. Don’t waste your time with this.
